Objective：To observe the resuhs of intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy combined with microwave hyperthermia for advanced gastrointestinal malignances, nethods：A total of 60 patients with advanced gastrointestinal malignances were divided randomly into two groups：peritoneal chemotherapy plus microwave regional hyperthermia （ Group A, 30 patients） and peritoneal chemotherapy alone （ Group B, 30 cases）. Results： CR ＋ PR rates for gastric cancer, colorectal cancer and both in Group A were 58.8% , 69.2% and 63.3% , respectively;In Group B were 40.0% ,33.3% and 36.7% （ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： Thermo - chemotherapy group compared with peritoneal chemotherapy alone is effective to alleviate the condition, improve the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer, it is worthy of clinical application.
